You might want to add this tape:
The parts around the Si5351 are pretty close.? Taping them down with the high temp tape should keep them in place.? I suggest taking a picture before starting the repair as a reference.
I should clarify that I could remove the Si5351 on my sbitx without issue.? The problem was when the Si5351 failed; it took out part of one of the traces.? I was not able to repair that trace.? The trace was under the chip.? Soldering the chip in place did not seem to be too hard; just not a successful repair.
I have replaced SOIC parts that are twice the size.? Nothing this small so far.
