Does it sound like spike noise, like the synthesizer moving through
frequency steps?? Capacitors across the encoder terminals wouldn't
help that at all.? Or is it more like wideband noise??
If you can hear it, any chance you could make a recording of it
available?
That sounds undesirable to me ... tuning is how you find stuff you
wan to listen to.
