Open a terminal and do a sudo nano ~/sbitx/data/hw_settings.ini edit. Play with the “scale” coefficient up or down 20% and save. Restart the sbitx process. Start at Drive=50 and increase to 100 if it doesn’t go too high. On 30, 40 and 80 I limit output to 30 watts because I have bad habit of blowing finals. On the higher bands I also reduce the scale so that the output just barely reaches the max, 6 or 12 or 20 watts as the case may be, so that the power output isn’t topping out at Drive at, say, 25. It’s time consuming because the file has to be saved an the sbitx process restarted each time.
