did anyone try to transmit ssb (mic audio) on V2???
initially ( HERE ) is sounds very bass heavy... boomy....??? and the provided microphone is more boomy than the mic on the face of the set. Same as I had on the DE version.? Being an audio guy , this drives me crazy.? How about a XMTR eq ???
Later AFTER MY COFFEE,? I will do some recording from my K4 ... as I have done on a local net , to evaluate audio. While ICOMS have a little audio scope , The K4 has great spectrum scope, with HDMI out which is great for recording to youtube, as I do for a net's participants to self- eval their own audio.
This set has fantastic receive audio .. that TV type speaker was a real find !!!!? loud and clear...
