There is not a setting in the KD8CEC software that can adjust the Si5351 drive setting for each band.? This is done for each of the 3 oscillators one time at initialization.? The Si5351 drive does not impact the power out.? The power level is RV1 on the main board which is set for all bands.? That is most likely the issue: the leads may have been broken, or the setting moved.? I suggest you pick the band with the highest output and adjust it for 10 watts.
