6 ‘American Idol’ contestants cut as Top 14 revealed: Who gave the best performance?

Tonight on?, host?Ryan Seacrest?reveals the Top 14 as the finalists return to the stage with powerful, emotional live performances from Hollywood. Judges?,?, and??will have a front-row seat as the hopefuls try to win over America. The entire Top 14 will return Sunday, April 27 to take on iconic songs from Rock & Roll Hall of Fame legends as America votes live for the Top 12.
The "Top 14 Reveal" episode of?American Idol?airs live coast-to-coast on Monday, April 21 (8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT). Follow along with our live blog below to see each performance and find out who was eliminated. Plus, for your favorite in our poll once the entire Top 14 has performed!

8 p.m.?— Previously, on?American Idol: The Top 20 finalists were announced and sang "Songs of Faith" for a spot in the Top 14.?Jamal Roberts,?Breanna Nix, and?John Foster?won Gold Derby's poll as?your?favorite performers.?Grayson Torrence,?Kyana Fanene,?MKY, and?Penny Samar?were eliminated. Tonight, six more contestants will be cut from the competition as we move one week closer to choosing the Season 23 winner.

8:03 p.m.?— Ryan explains that each contestant will be called forward and told if they are "safe" or "in danger." The Top 10 vote-getters will automatically advance to the Top 14. Next, the judges will save four more underdogs from the "danger zone" to join them.
