You can pause or cancel anytime and restart for a week or two here or there, and select as many meals as you¡¯d like.?
Everything is vegan by default, and mostly organic, unless someone chooses to make it not.? They deliver all the way to Sacramento. I have friends in the city and in SAC who get for the work week.? I lost 10 pounds on it (& kept it off) since it¡¯s good portions and super healthy. ?
