I don't think they have their own tandems, but it's possible that MWABA could help them find a tandem or loan them one. Do you know of any potential interested captains in either location? For Richmond, do you have a contact for RATS? The woman in Reston is 5'2", and I don't know how tall the man in Richmond is.
