The overload from out of band strong signals would occasionally happen on 7610, probably not with 7760 which has additional BPF's.

When I build up my Hermes station it had OVL issues at first, I added BPF's from my friends at EB104 which were designed for Hermes and issue completely went away.

I still operate some hollow state gear (FT-102 for 1) and always need to remember to tweak the Pre-selector, I miss the tweaking in modern radios Hi.
