¿ªÔÆÌåÓýGeo, You may have to recalibrate the touch screen . Mine was very hard to get the monitor tab to come up. There is a procedure in the manual that will allow you to fix the touch screen positions. I found using a soft pointed touch screen pen worked better than fingers on that top bar.. Be careful not to scratch the screen with a hard pointy pen. ? How long was that run when you took the picture 53 min or so? and what was the flow rate ?0.87 l/m? ?That low radon count must be from a limestone bedrock or you opened a window. Dud ? From:

It took more time to figure out you can't punch those buttons easily with FF (Fat Fingers) Tried some tools and found something that worked AOK. Following your instructions was easy (sort of, regular easy, like training a cat easy, not easy-peasy). ? Results are in line with the other instruments now.
