Well I got the detector( Radiascan 701A)?and did a survey of the house. ?Some of the Lantern mantels from the 60s were indeed radioactive. ?I also found some green depression glass that was mildly radioactive. ?Next week I will do a survey of my work location, there are a few things I want to check out in the office/Lab.
