Oh boy that will be just fine & righteous -- being able to use one of these units like the CD-700 for up to twice its labeled capacity with a pancake, perhaps the SI-8B with your re-regulator.?

The site has some DX shortwave watchers from time to time because I speak for a season here and there on shortwave (like Bible at the Beach that was last on two Voice of Hope transmitters in Africa).
Well, actually, I'm erecting another permanent site for wooden flute making and natural wonders (like rocks) and could put it there so it didn't look like it was tying you to the ministry if you like.
Or I don't have to put them up ... I'm just glad to get access to any plans, tips etc.
I think it's just the cat's meyow that these units can be modified and refurbed, that there's info. on them... and getting up past my age, it's refreshing to work on something that's not all cramped and positively miniscule.
The inside of these units remind me of my '64 Ford Falcon under the hood!
