Hello.? I just built my ATU-100 kit, and it appeared to work when I powered it up, but I want to use it for QRP (I wound the binocular transformer at 5:1).
I have a pickit2.? The only software that seems to work for me is pickitminus - the regular pickit2 software complains about a mising .dat file and can't see the picket.
When I read from the ATU I get all zeroes in both the Program Memory and the EEPROM Data sections.? I am able to edit the EEPROM Data section, using values from When I write to the ATU it appears to work, but when I reread from the ATU the values are still all zeroes.

Is the pickit2/software an issue?? Can I update the pickit2 software or am I better just getting a pickit3?
Have I wiped out the data on the ATU?
