ATU-10 USB C socket

Using a scavenged USB C from the TP4056 board I was concerned that colder could get in between the shell of the USB C and the micro USB pads. To avoid that I put some kapton tape over the micro USB pads before affixing the USB C. 73 de Ellis G7SAI
