RF Noise sniffer

 

Recommendations for an inexpensive broad band HF RF 0-30mhz RF Noise sniffer (no kits). May be a spectrum analyzer? NanoVNA? TinySA?
Will be used to chase down RF noise.

I am sure, an SDR with a wide visual panorama is the best.
Something like RSP or clones
