Help with ATU-100 Tyny Version ATU-10 QRP
Just received this tuner from Amazon.
I'm new to all things HF.
My question concerning this ATU-10 is do I connect the radio to the 'In' or 'out' BNC?
In my case it will be the FX-4CR.
Also, if any

Looking for ATU-10 firmware code that builds in MPLAB
Hi all, is there a version of ATU-10 firmware around that builds in MPLAB? I took some baby steps on this myself but the register configuration refactor has stalled me for now.

No problem, Sardar, glad to help
It might be some time though before I can check your schematics.? We have had a death in the family and not convenient at moment .

Glenn,
Thank you! It looks like the only difference between 1.32 and 1.32c are those R24 and R25 resistors, right? I will be updating my schematic accordingly.
When you got time could you look for

Nice work Sadar,
I haven't looked closer at your questions as yet but can tell you the 5k1 resistors are on my V1.32c PCB.

Yet one more ATU-10 PCB
#ATU-10
Hi,
I have designed a yet one David's (N7DDC's) ATU-10 PCB based on Glenn's (VK3PE's) schematic (v1.32). It fits 100x88mm enclosure. I want to release it for as an open source for JLCPCB ordering

Re: ATU Ticking Noise on receive.
Hi Pete,
Did you find the problem - I now have the same here on my ATU-100 (bought built out of China) - it seems to be something that has happened recently as I'm fairly sure the last time I used it

Re: pickit2 questions
Hi Mike,
Okay, that sounds good.
The current hex file should be ¡°atu_100_fw_EXT_32.hex¡±.
Remember, to get the OLED display to work, the EEPROM locations previously provided will need to be

Dave -
Thanks for the pictures.? I used external power the first time I tried (and failed) to program the ATU, but just used the programmer's power when I was able to write to the ATU.

It¡¯s a couple of years since I last programmed my ATU-100.
Does the device show as expected when connected to the programmer?

Re: pickit2 questions
Dave,
I turned off both protects before writing. I also did a read before importing/writing. That read came back with F¡¯s for both regions.

Re: pickit2 questions
Hi Mike,
Did you change both the code protect and data protect to "off" before programming.
I recall some people saying that you have to do an ERASE before programming if you change the protect

Thanks for the help, I¡¯m making progress. I can write and read back from the ATU.
The EEPROM data looks good, but the Program Memory section is filled with F¡¯s.
When I apply power nothing happens

Re: pickit2 questions
Hi Mike,
Most of the ATU-100's are shipped with the protection bits set, so you can¡¯t read or write to the EEPROM.
If you want to modify the EEPROM values, you will need to reprogram the PIC. There
