Re: ATU-10 has been released
David, Are both of the ATU-10 parts QFN packages ? Can you provide some additional detail on the "QRP 5W Transceiver" ? It all sounds VERY interesting. 73 Kees K5BCQ

That torroid coil will easy handle 150w through the single turn primary.

Re: ATU-10 has been released
Hi, John Next design - the QRP 5W SDR transceiver in the same case as this tuner and it will be technically perfect device, unlike uSDX. I have started to assembly it today, PCB is done.

Chinese new tuner versions. #photo-notice
Hello, people. There are couple new ATU-100 versions from China. No more N7DDC mentioning, so those are 100% Chinese design ;) First one is a 150W? "underantenna" tuner, using aircore coiles. That is
Re: ATU-10 has been released
I would like one of these, I shall wait till the supply issues have settled, I do not have the eyesight nor the skills to solder SMDs. Thanks for your design work David, can't wait to see what comes

Re: Tuner only works 15 mtrs and up
Checked diodes with ohm meter and they checked good at DC. Installed new diodes and tuner is working again.

Re: Display issue when Transmitting
Hello, Mike You have to protect OLED and it's wires from RF interferences. As usual, shortest path of wires, remove wires away last coil, make couple turns on FT50-43 ring.

Display issue when Transmitting
Hello- I am seeing a weird issue when transmitting on 40m, that I do not have when transmitting on 20m. The only observable difference in settings is that the 40m tune has inductance and the 20m does

Re: ATU-10 boards?
Edit_ *The 1459 CANNOT replace the 1454 (different pin count)* glenn David? might confirm this. It looks to me that the PIC16F1454 could be replaced with PIC16F1459-I/ML Glenn
Re: ATU-10 news. #photo-notice
Hi, Max Those two-color LEDs need for no-OLED version, one LED for working indication, otherone for battery charging indication. I will remove them because I am shure nobody wants this boring tuner

Re: ATU-10 news. #photo-notice
I see what looks like two LEDS in the lower right portion of the PCB. Is that an illusion or are there really two LEDS that can't be see from the outside. Also no BYPASS, AUTO or Power switch! Please

Re: ATU-10 news. #photo-notice
I suggest hot glue. Black hot glue, if you like. It comes off readily but holds it in place perfectly.

David I ask about schematic as i have some 5v latching relays on hand and wonder if they can be used in place of the 3V ones specified. Glenn
