When running 2 instance of APRSIS32, you MUST make sure there are 2 XML files (one for each instance).? In order to do that, you must have 2 "working directories

The first one you did may not have been Flashing but had another notification-type Mic-E status.? You'll notice that some status do "New Flash" where others may only do "New".

I did get a subsequent pop up that I caught while it was flashing and it did have that option so I clicked Stop Flashing. I suspect they time out after some period of time. I will monitor
