You need to establish sync, browse the contents of your phone, and copy
APRSISCE6P.exe onto the phone.? Then locate it with File Explorer on
your phone and double-click to run it.? It is a Windows Mobile app, not
a Win32 app.

I try to open APRSISCE6P.exe on both my laptop and my Samsung phone and
