The find function works for stations already on your map (ssid specific). IF you start a find function without it on your map it now adds it to your dynamic filter and can trigger a multitrack window the NEXT time that station is seen on the IS Stream, but you have to wait for it.?
Are the stations you're trying to find already on your map? Are you using the exact SSID? Are you utilizing tacticals in any way?

I have been using APRSISCE for some time now, but I have been unable to find a way to search for specific call signs or APRS stations. This is a basic functionality, but when I try "Find Stations", none of the stations showing on the map are found, so I must be missing something very simple.
