Please do NOT publicize on-line passcode generators.?? We know they exist, and they can be easily found by someone that searches.?? But APRSISCE/32 attempts to adhere to the specification at which says (emphasis their's):

passcode=computed passcode for your callsign. -1 is used for receive-only.?It is the responsibility of each software author to provide the proper passcode to their individual users on a request basis.?This is to aid in keeping APRS-IS restricted to amateur radio use only.

This is why we have volunteers standing by to respond to your emailed passcode requests.?? As Rob pointed out, just follow the instructions at the following link and a passcode will be forthcoming.
