First APRIS32 never transmits to aprs.fi.?? It only transmits to
the APRS-IS which in turn relays it to all interested clients, one
of which happens to be aprs.fi.
Second, do you have the proper passcode entered for your
callsign?
Third, what version of APRSIS32 are you running?? You can find
this in the About box.
Finally, if you bring up the Port(NMEA) trace log and enable it,
it may have some revealing information.
