invitation to VBAND

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

Dear A1CLUB members,

You are invited to

Sending works best to purchase the CW Hotline kit. Then connect via USB.?
https://hamradio.solutions/cwhotline/

I use the Vband channels to practice on my sending.
After clicking on the link, I may see callsigns from many parts of the world.
If you click on a callsign - QRZ page opens up for that station.
Some will put the call - RX only. And just listen and watch the decoder .

Go to the settings tab and put your name.?

When the bands are EMPTY and the noise level is high.?
Try vband.

There are times no one is there.
This is your invitation.?

YOU do not need callsign to get on.

Mailing the kit might be expensive. A cheaper and DIY-option which works equally fine is to use a cheap Arduino which has keyboard emulation. I am using a Leonardo with Simon's (G0FOZ) very simple code. See

Here in JA, Dit-Dah Chat developed by a member of A1CLUB is often heard.

We once gave the A1NET a try to transmit simultaneously both on-air and the DitDah.

Internet is far delayed than radio waves so a single KEY station couldn't listen to both and manage check-in's at once.

WX, QTH, OPR
had chat/ QSO with one from Japan. Listed RIG as iPAD.
he did not know English; but QTH, WX, and OPR -? is just fine for chat.

yes I did try?Dit-Dah Chat

-- used phone - used finger.to send - like using a straight key??
looked at the decoder and unable to translate what he sent..

The vband does give me practice with paddle.?
(one can choose key or paddle)?

I purchased a CW Hotline device and have had a lot of fun with it. It has helped me a lot with word spacing. I still need more practice, but I'm improving.

I see that K5GQ/Mark's callsign popped up in JJ1XTG Socho-san's video on VBand recently.
