Re: QRV Info DL5YYM
Hallo Hiro My spezific times are all opening in direction JA. Extremly good are DX-windows, when in JA and/or DL is sunraise or sunset +/- 30 min. 14 MHz: 06:00 - 07:30 UTC and 15:30 - 18:00 UTC 21 MHz: 07:30 - 09:30 UTC and 11:30 - 15:30 UTC that will be the best band, because in JA exist a lot of licences until 50 W power limit. 28: MHz: 09:30 - 11:30 UTC after this period a short break for dinner, hi 7 MHZ: 18:00 - 20:00 UTC? and 20:30 - 21:00 UTC 3,5 MHz: 20:00 - 20:15 UTC 1,8 MHz: 20:15 - 20:30 UTC i belive, this is very hard. My problem will be, listen your weak signal. Pse QSP in de JA Mailinglist, that i will use 1811, 3511, 7011, 14011, 21011, 28011 kHz + QRM, because the first 10 kHz is the DX-section and i think, i have not QRM from downwards frequencies. I need a clear frequency for copy your weak signals. I hope, i can listen you. I will produce a strong signal in JA, because i use a powerful station with good antennas. 73. Guenter, DL5YYM

Re: QRV INFO - JO1ZZZ
The last QRV of JO1ZZZ in March.
March 28 @22:00Z-24:00Z (FRI 7-9AM JST) March 29 @08:00Z-10:00Z (FRI 5-7PM JST) The SSN has been over 160 past a few days but the X-Class Solar Flare disturbed us from reaching to the DX. Anyway, let me try some high bands, 10m - 17m and please check out the A1-Chat for the QRG. * How to login: /g/A1CLUB/message/977 Look forward to some QSO with you. 73/88, // HIRO, JJ1FXF |
Re: Morse Runner Community Edition
Hi Hiro,
LIDs are too much of a challenge for me. I'm not good enough to handle them yet. ;-) I see that you link to the original Morse Runner here: on the A1C site. That one is good, but it only runs the one WPX-style contest. Maybe a link to the newer Community Edition of Morse Runner could be added as well? I'll look into the OAM. Thanks. -- 73 -- *JP3REM* - Bill A1C #4246, CWops #3390 |
Re: Morse Runner Community Edition
Bill-san,
Good INFO! TNX. I like the Morse Runner with LID¡¯s check ON. hi You should know the OAM of A1CLUB, the On-Air Meeting on every Saturday early morning in JA. (Friday 21:00Z or so) The OAM steering group offers guest OAM OPs ocasionally. So you can experience the real Morse Runner on the air with LID¡¯s OFF. If you are interested in that, feel free to get in touch with me. 73/88, // HIRO, JJ1FXF |
Morse Runner Community Edition
Morse Runner software simulates operating in an actual CW contest. It's great for practice.
If you would like to practice for some Japanese contests, the Morse Runner Community Edition program has these: * JARL All Cities All Guns(ACAG) * JARL ALL JA In addition, you can practice several other contests: * ARRL DX * ARRL Field Day * CQ WPX * CQ WW * CWOPS CWT * HST (High Speed Test) * IARU HF World Championship * K1USN Slow Speed Test (SST) * NCJ NAQP A new version of Morse Runner Community Edition v1.84 was just released today: It runs on Windows, and also Linux and Mac (under WINE). Maybe we can help them add the AWT contest to the software. -- 73 -- *JP3REM* - Bill A1C #4246, CWops #3390 |
RandomGram #11
Dear A1CLUB members,
Following is the INFO about the RandomGram #11. High bands CONDX have been FB lately, so let's meet on the RandomGram #11. 73/88, // HIRO, JJ1FXF -- Welcome to RandomGram Event Nr. 11 Date/Time: Mar 22nd @ 21:00 - 23:00 UTC. That is Friday afternoon/evening for most. New TX Lists (code groups) are available now for this event. Code groups from previous events are not valid and will not score. Obtain a registered TX List by emailing your call sign to the Group Owner email address at [email protected] Objective: This is a "10 group" event. Each participant is limited to one Tx List of 10 code groups. The top TX Points tier is 20 points (2-pts per group). You will probably want to loop through your transmit list more than once and resend your groups to ensure they all get logged and reported by other stations. Your RX points and total score are unlimited. Log as many groups as you can in additional QSOs and SWL intercepts.. Teams: Teams are listed in the Roster & Results message post for this event (see below). Additional teams are available by request. Team membership is open to all and is completely optional. Operating on a team is no different than otherwise. Team scores are the sum of individual members' scores. If you're interested in joining a team for this event just email your call sign and team preference to [email protected] Suggested Frequencies: 50-60 kHz above the bottom of non-WARC HF bands, conditions permitting. Other frequencies in the band may prove better depending on your region or QRM from other ongoing events. 7028 kHz is popular in some regions. Suggested Spotting Page: RG participants are invited to use the SKCC SkedPage at (SKCC Members who post or self-spot on the SkedPage-- please be prepared to provide an SKCC style exchange for callers who request it.) Operating Tips: - A transmitted group earns 2-points; a received group is 1-point (if accurately transmitted, copied and reported); - Work the same stations on the same band multiple times and exchange additional code groups; - Transmit one new code group with every contact; - For additional points monitor other stations: log and submit code groups they exchange (SWL/intercept); - Submit your updated log or list of received code groups to obtain your current score. For additional operating info see the RandomGram FAQ HERE. SWL Entries: Even if you don't transmit any code groups you can still earn Rx points by submitting groups you have logged while monitoring other stations. Your confirmation of other stations' transmitted groups helps them to earn Tx points. Deadline for submitting your copied groups: the sooner, the better. Other operators depend on your confirmation of their transmitted groups. Roster & Results for this event are posted HERE. Have fun! 73, Drew - AF2Z RandomGram Mgr |
Re: The 272nd A1NET
Dear A1CLUB,
The A1NET of last Saturday was in good CONDX and I chatted about various things such as WX, DX and so on. SRI but I couldn't copy a VK station calling the A1NET. Also, if you are interested in the Zoom meeting after the A1NET, please request the Zoom URL. CU on the air. 73/88 // HIRO, JJ1FXF |

Re: invitation to VBAND
I purchased a CW Hotline device and have had a lot of fun with it. It has helped me a lot with word spacing. I still need more practice, but I'm improving.
I see that K5GQ/Mark's callsign popped up in JJ1XTG Socho-san's video on VBand recently. -- 73 -- *JP3REM* - Bill A1C #4246, CWops #3390 |
