Of course, I also regret that the WARC bandwidth is decreased by 10khz. I'm more concerned that ex;7.030MHz and later are shared with all other modes. Because the GB programme, AWT, CWT... ?seems to be greatly affected or no use when it interferes with other modes(ex;SSB).

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications(MIC), JAPAN announced "Call for opinions on draft system revisions concerning utilization of amateur radio for developing wireless human resources." on November 16, 2022.

It seems that many revisions are included, such as the simplification of amateur radio license applications. I think it's a good move to simplify the license application processes. However, we, CW lovers, have a hard time regarding the division of frequency usage.

Please refer to the follows;

According to the new regulations, only 3.5MHz band is increased by 10KHz for the CW band, and all WARC bands are reduced by 10KHz in HF band.

Also, except for the CW dedicated band, most of them seem to be "ALL MODE radio wave format". For example, at 7030-7040KHz, which is currently shared with narrowband digital mode, SSB will also be available. As a result, CW is likely to be crushed/heavy QRM by interference of other modes.
