Summer came to JA last week and TEMP has been over 30C/86F there days. Then TOKYO had a heavy squall and GUNMA had hail falling yesterday and now CHIBA is having big thunders!! Are all these issues the side effect of Global Boiling? Anyway, the Online QRM Party will be held on August 12th @10:00Z-12:00Z and the Eyeball QSO session is from 11:00Z. We are planning to hold an Online Eyeball QSO Part called "QRM Party" as following. The 4th QRM Party Date: August 12th, 2023 @10:00Z-12:00Z Topic: Let us meet up in advance to the HAM FAIR 2023! Please email to the following email-address in advance if you like to participate the QRM Party. Email-Address : A1CLUB.ENTRY [at-mark] gmail.com (replace [at-mark] to "@") Subject: The 4th QRM Party Participation Request Body: Not needed but you can write some comments to question and request to A1CLUB. The first half part (10:00Z-11:00Z) will be some sessions in Japanese and then later half (11:00Z-12:00Z) will be the Eyeball QSO. All of you are welcome to both parts but the Eyeball QSO will be more comfortable for those who do not speak Japanese. hi We won't publish the Zoom URL or the ID/PIN to the SNS and please follow the same way. I have no experience calling DX from /p or /m in my life but certainly i guess I would have excited if I could have worked some DX with less PWR and shortened whip antennas. I will QRV on the next SKSA and the RandomGram#3 for sure. Of course I¡¯ll show my QRV FREQs on SkedPage. Years ago, before cell phones,?when I was working, I would drive for almost an hour in some stop and go traffic. I believed I could operate mobile HF cw. It was a joy to find a dx calling and be one of the first to answer. I spent more time on the rig in the car than at home.? I asked SKCC group for a number that I could use in the auto with a bug - 1550. I could not get the bug to work in the auto. So back to the keyer. I retired in 2016; no more /m driving to work. NM5G, KEITH and I work the Texas QSO /m in September which is a lot of fun.? Never know when the propagation will work; I do use?the SKCC SkedPage and will leave your FREQ there during the RandomGram, Event #3: July 21/22 @ 20:00 - 05:00 AWT? -- JF1NHD?
