If the leak is in the corner, most of us put little flaps on the corner to fix that.? You get a 6" square piece of polycarbonate, cut it on the diagonal, and stick it on with two sided outdoor rated

You are correct that it is water. We exposed some of the area and unfortunately, found it to be very wet. We are now trying to find where it is leaking, which most likely will not be an easy task.
