I strongly recommend a separate CO detector, mounted up high. Propane is heavier than air, while CO is lighter. There are very sensitive, battery operated CO detectors. Get one that displays the CO

I got the Dometic (used to be Atwood) dual LPCO alarm, because it's what I had before, it works, and I didn't want to drill new holes for some other brand. As far as I know, they all sound the alarm

When you drill through the door to install the bolt, mark the hole location on each side, and drill each side separately, from the out side going in.? You'll get a much straighter hole that way than
