Probably not what you are referring to, but the dormer roof seal that covers the hinge should be about 3/4" beyond the roof to create a drip edge.? Otherwise water will flow directly over the roof

For those of you who have installed gutters, how far do you have them extend past the edge. I have seen someone say only 1/2 ", but that seems short to me.

There are 2 holes in the floor, but they're not air vents, they're drains.? One has the hose for condensation from the fridge running through it.? The other is a drain for water that splashes
