If you need a fan, there is a quiet fan that runs on 8 D cells (or plugs in) that works well off grid.
I bought one about 5 years ago in Wmart and we use it when we are off grid in our Aliner (Assateague NS).
Batteries last a while too. Was used tent camping in July in MD so I know it works well.
