There is good advice in this group.? I ordered my 2014 Aliner Ranger 10 in August of 2013.? I waited four months for it to arrive at the dealer which was four hours drive from my home.? So when I went to pick it up I? camped just a 20 minute drive from the dealer for two nights to check it out thoroughly and get some experience using it.? The dealer gave me a three hour orientation lesson on using it.? When I set up camp I found that the little window on the door side had the screen partly detached.? No problem.? I took it back to the dealer the next day and they replaced the window.? The dealer had very thoroughly checked all systems and demonstrated to me how they worked.? During the first year of my ownership I had no issues that needed to go back to the dealer for warranty work.? In fact I have not had to have any dealer do any repair work of any kind to this day.? I just do regular routine maintenance as written in the owners manual.? I don't have experience with other manufacturers.? My Ranger 10 is the most fun thing I've ever owned in my life and I can't wait until my next fall camping trip.? Pat in the Palace In Dallas.
