The perimeter caulking on my fantastic fan failed a few years ago and the same thing happened.? It works its way down to the bubble fram and drips.

Camper has been dry in heavy rain the last 2 weeks.
Yesterday I had the fan on for the first time.( We are leaving for Maine tomorrow.)?
This morning I found a puddle on the front bed, fan side. Water pooling underneath the windowframe at the bottom. No discernable cracks in window or caulk. Have had no time to remove frame.
Did reclose fan cover. Is it likely to source from around the fan??
After appts today will have to go pull things apart.
The only other change thing is that I added the spring keepers, but that should have nothing to do with it.
Any insight appreciated.
