We have had the same problem on our 2014 Ranger 12.? First it was a puddle on the floor, then the wood under the floor was squishy, and then the cabinets on both sides of the door were getting saturated and delaminating.? It seems many people get rot in the floor there.? I still am not sure why they did.? I tried to find the source of the leak.? Here is what has made it stop:

I put a piece of parachute cord through the eyelet hole in the bottom center of the air conditioner cover and tied a weight to it.? Seems water was coming into the air conditioner around the edges of the cover, and then maybe pouring in through the bottom fabric of the cover.? So, it seems water was coming back into the camper somehow instead of going out the drain hole.? I also caulked all the way around the air conditioner and in the latch hole in the door.? I have caulked all over, but putting that weight in the center of the AC cover seemed to be the most effective thing.?

I would love to be able to replace the AC unit with a panel for cooler weather/storage/while traveling.? But it does not seem to be an easy task.? (I know others have done it.)? I am always afraid of taking out pedestrians or bicyclists with the AC when driving through small towns!?

As for the floor, we spent some big bucks and had a metal panel fabricated to bolt on to the frame by the door, so it will never fall through.? We will replace the wood eventually, but I wanted to find the leak first.? I hope that helps.
