I've got a 2007 Aliner Columbia Expedition. The internal springs haven't failed yet, not punched through the front or rear panels, but i'd rather not encounter this and it seems like its probably just a matter of time. I store the ailiner popped up but i think in the next year I'd like to get gas struts installed. Are there any good DIY instructionals on how to do this? on FB it was recommended to use 80lb 30 inch struts for my particular year/model. I saw this video which seems pretty good for the installation:??but it doesn't cover the spring removal. Thanks!
