I just watched your video.? And although the orientation of the struts is supposed to be better than when they push the opposite way, you still struggle a bit.? Mine are 60# front and rear, with a rear hard dormer.? I don't need any assistance opening or closing from the ground.? I had planned to switch my setup, but now I'm not so sure.

I also noticed that you raise the front section first, when closing.? I think the manual says, and at least I have always done, is to pull down on the rear panel.
