Those are resting voltages.? The lead acid system in a battery is very slow to reach equilibrium. When you charge or discharge, I have been told it takes at least 8 hours for it to reach close to equilibrium depending upon how deep the charge or discharge is. ( A deep charge or discharge would unbalance the equation more than a light load).?
