Locked Re: Back at the Hotel (a call for help)

"I am not afraid,"Halbrek snapped out.
"If I were, I'd not be making wars. I would be hiding like a little bitch...ah that is, perhaps in the way in which you hide now?"
?
She took her gaze from Castiel then and turned to Lucifer, frowning and obviously angry if calmly so.
"Ah yes I am certain you have other reasons for hiding like a little bitch and perhaps allowing things to get as far as they have as a result...this end of the world business we're all having to bother with now, that is. Perhaps I should've sought the aid of someone more useful...productively so...Ashtaroth, perhaps, or Kellirek."
?
Neither demon was nearly as strong as Lucifer but nor were they underlings and both knew enough to be of at least some use.
?
She returned her gaze to Castiel once the point had been made. Lucifer had tricke her with illusion because she, unlike Castiel, had believed him. She'd not been willing to do what he wanted, so perhaps it hadn't completely worked. She had not planned to do any of it, but the fact he'd managed to enthrall her enough to believe him...and he was no fool. He knew it surely.
?
?
He? was a far stronger demon. She was no underling but still he was Lucifer...so she had no shame in falling prey to him but Castiel hadn't. He'd won that one and she felt a little annoyed but with herself.
?
?
Lips in a tight line she looked to Castiel for Lucifer's answer...to work with him or not, to believe him or not, for she knew she had an obvious susceptibility.
I'm friends with the monster that's under my bed.
I get along with the voices inside of my head.
