Locked ANSWER TO GUIDE RULE

I forgot rotary table.
If rotary table goes a mill it is OT.
But if goes Mini lathe it is $&#^$
I guess it depends on if you interested read a about putting on a mini lathe if on topic or off.
?
If do not like what they wrote then? write moderators and say OFF TOPIC and ask to have it delete post so no has anything thing to read.??
?
The bottom for group to be interesting is have something to read about and better to comment on too.
?
In November of 2023 I finally purchased a mini after reading about mini lathes since 2005.
The resoan thinking a mini lathe in 2005 changed by time purchased.? I chose to write about here and gave everyone here some read and write about.?
?
No one goes out buys a lathe every month. My first was a garulatoin present it only down payment on a $10,000 today same lathe cost $80,000 had for over 30 years. My next had for 20 years. The point is most do not go out and buy new lathe very often. So hard for very here to say a lot? .?
So we all here need more than jest the mini lathes to talk about or this would a very slow group

When people can’t be arsed to even use OT, they sure ain’t gunna use those either.

?

This thread is off topic, look at all the people who could be bothered to mark it OT.

I think the convention is to use "OT" for "Off Topic."? Don't need any periods.

This any does read about off subject they can skip it.
3) The what is on subject only talk about mini lathes or mills or projects maybe even using the lathe for anything.??

It nice if could have two threads here one for on subject and one off subject.

The LIKE feature is of very little value - IMHO

Here is what the User manual for says:

Using the Like feature

Similar to social media apps and websites, 开云体育 has a feature allowing group members to indicate that they like messages that are posted to the group. You can use either of these methods to like a group message:

  • On the group’s website, click the Like?icon at the bottom of the message.
  • By email, reply to the message you want to like and enter either +1?or the word like?as the text of your reply. (If your reply quotes the message you are replying to, delete all the quoted text so your reply contains only +1?or like.)
This reply will not be sent to group members or appear in the message archive on the group’s website, but your like will be included in the count next to that message’s Like icon on the website.
So - only if you look at the message on the site will you see the like count. In searching the last 700 messages, I never saw more than 1 person liking on any message.

A more important feature, again IMHO, is the Mute This Topic link that you will see at the bottom of the message.
