Try your local rubber house. We have several in Cincinnati. They
sell all kinds of hoses, drive belts, O-rings etc. Bring in the belt
you want to match and if they don't have one they can order it.

The center gage is designed to help with tool setting; that's what
the 60° notches in the sides are for. It's a bit more accurate if
you don't bottom the tool out in the notch but check each
