Guys,
Thanks for the replies on the saw blade. It cuts 5 times faster than the
stock blade. I'd recomend getting a bi-metal and chucking the stock one.
What an improvement.

blade was properly tensioned and the adjuster locked down. By the
end of the fifth cut, the kerf was wider where the blade entered the
work. The blade was loose. There was obviously some stretching of
the blade. This was the cheapo blade supplied with the machine. I
don't know if the bimetal blades will stretch as much, but the
tension should still be checked often.
