i have tried to weld my own 64.5” x .5” x .025” blades for my 4x6 bandsaw with no success. ? I weld my own blades for my vertical bandsaw (it’s a Jet 1408) with the same stock, but I think the small wheels in the 4x6 put the weld joint under a lot of stress.
