2. Do you have to press work hard into the blade or will any pressure do it?
Suspect it's to do with one or other of guide assemblies too far forward - when you push on the blade, it acts as the fulcrum to lever it off the closest wheel.?

I made a table as well as used the included table for vertical cuts. Try as I might I cannot keep the blade from coming off the wheels.
The saw works fine in the horizontal but as soon as I cut in the vertical position - pop - off comes the wheel.
I have tried everything, I think. The blade is where it's supposed to be on the wheels and very tight. Not sure how it could work ok horizontally but not vertically.
