Different models of Ikonta 521?

I have two Ikonta 521s There are subtle differences between them:
Serial # *90991N - The bellows/lens assembly extends with one button on top of the camera and the viewfinder pops up with a separate button on the side of the base of the viewfinder.
Serial # N21239 - Both the bellows/lens assembly and the viewfinder are deployed with the same button on top of the camera.
Can someone point me in the right direction to research this? I find it both odd and interesting.
I assume (and we know how that can play out) that the second camera I listyed was manufactured later than the first, with that small efficiency added.

I noticed the 'B2" stamped inside the film bay of N21239. I didn't open the other one because it has film loaded in it.
Did the Ikonta have sub models, then?

Hello there,

B2 (or BII) is the old German designation for 120 type film.
That is just a notice which film type to use in the camera.

Thank you, Hans.
I still wonder, though, if the Ikonta had sub models. That small efficiency I described raised the question for me.

I have a very early 521, SN F54327. Both VF and bellows are deployed by the single button on top.
