This team is responsible for developing product strategy across twenty countries as well as in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for International Product Planners aligned with a particular product group and/or Dev Team includes:

Developing detailed product plans that provide clear guidance on feature prioritization and needs in market consistent with content, programming, and overall business strategy

Partnering with R&D Program Management and the International Product Planners to translate market needs and associated programming and content strategy into detailed and up to date product plans that assist Dev Teams in delivering the “right” features to the “right” markets

Working closely with Program Management and Global Product Planners (HQ based) to influence WW product plans and associated feature prioritization for international markets

Developing “blue sky” vision documents and product focus areas that reflect product needs across regions and markets and which help guide the associated trade-offs across markets and development resources

Preferred Qualifications

Strong interest in consumer products and services, product development, and associated content & business strategy,

Experience with software and/or online media & programmed content,

Ability to persuade and influence senior managers on product direction and related business strategy,

Relevant experience in a product planning, product development or product managementAbility to influence teams through collaboration and strong communication, especially in a highly fluid and international environment,

Experience managing and analyzing research (qualitative and quantitative) and drawing relevant product or business insights from that work,

Strong analytical, critical thinking and communications skills,

Demonstrated business judgment and product strategy experience,
