QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Management Science or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of SAP in CRM module experience (especially on Service, Master Data and Marketing Modules)
  • Experience on SAP-R/3 Module SD, MM, FI ERP 6.0 is preferable
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory, German knowledge is an asset,
  • Ability to work as part of an international team, good communication skills and ability to work under stress,
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
  • No restriction to travel abroad,

QUALIFICATONS

? Broad and deep technical experience of implementing and supporting large, complex multi domain, multisite server-based systems/networks, ideally within an external customer facing and SLA- driven environment.?
? Excellent knowledge in OO software architecture/design.
? Java / J2EE expert with at least 5 years of intense programming experience
? Experience in Spring
? Experience in front end technologies, UML and framework technologies
? Must be used to working to standards and have a structured approach to design.?
? Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with business users
? Highly developed problem solving skills, proactive, creativity, strong improvement focus, ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment.?
? Knowledge and experience of major ERP and CRM systems desired.
? eCommerce / Multichannel commerce experience desired.

JOB DEFINITION

? Work with Customers, end users and development partners to define and assess application and technical requirements and understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value.?
? Work with architects, developers, project managers and business personnel to define the application and technical architecture structure to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.?
? Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments
? Translate business requirements into a functional and technical implementation
? Work with the support team to determine how the applications are supported in production, including system performance and monitoring
? Provide in depth knowledge of hybris platform and products
? Support successful project implementation phase on business, conceptual, programming level
? Manage customer requirements
? Design and conduct workshops with ICT and business people
? Initiate and execute reviews

????????????? Responsible for presales activities to develop Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Services and Methodologies in discrete and process industry,
????????????? Negotiates with customers about how MES Solutions is viable bridge between process control and business management systems providing manufacturing, supply chain and innovation excellence,
????????????? Analyzes customer manufacturing processes and information integration,
????????????? Defines business requirements, specifying MES solution and / or the total Manufacturing IT architecture ( ERP / MES / SCADA),
????????????? Builds business case and roadmap providing MES benefits and costs for customers,
????????????? Scans ERP / PLM / MES projects for integrated manufacturing,
????????????? Creates winning proposals with all aspects as well as competitive pricing models in cooperation with Finance.

Job Requirements
????????????? Bachelor degree, preferably from Industrial, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology,
????????????? Experience in variety of manufacturing business processes and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), information flows and manufacturing IT requirements (ERP/MES/SCADA),
????????????? Experience with standard software MES implementation project or Manufacturing IT project integrated with ERP and automation systems,
????????????? Knowledge and experience on integration of ERP, MES and/or PLM systems,
????????????? Consulting/Project Management experience and/or SAP ERP knowledge is plus,
????????????? Excellent communication skills with Turkish and English,
????????????? Methodological working and well-developed organizational awareness,
????????????? A network within the manufacturing sector is an advantage,
