Albany is December 5-8 near the Albany airport. Hotel:

200 Wolf Rd, Albany, NY 12205

Main tourney runs from Thursday through Sunday. Six rounds total.
There is also a Big MoFo tourney that runs from Thursday through Saturday. These are really big scenarios. Limited to 8 players.
Starting Friday afternoon will be a "Roads to Rangoon" mini. This is intended for players who have taken a loss in the main tourney. If there are 8 players it will last 3 rounds through Saturday night. If there are 16 players then it will end on Sunday.

For those not on Facebook, I've not seen a general announcement about Albany this year.
Dates are Dec 5-8th at the same hotel as last year. Albany Airport Inn 200 Wolf Rd, Albany, NY 12205-1116, United States518 458 1000. Rate is $75 per night. Mention NYS ASL Championship tournament.?

Note that there are two PDF files which contain the scenarios for the Main Tournament and the Roads to Rangoon mini that Steve Pleva will be running. Just got Steve John's desert scenario today, Italians attacking Brits dug in on a hillock, looks like it could be fun, not sure if the Brits need 2 x 40L ATGs but it needs to be playtested for Dispatch #59 in March.?
