The Baby blanket is progressing
?I have 75 of the 120 squares crocheted. I have the rest of the flowers done—just have to crochet the white granny square part.
I’ve had to buy different lots of the white because Hobby Lobby doesn’t stock much of each color at a time. I finally ordered a bunch from the online store that are all the same lot. They are much whiter than the first skeins. How would you deal with it? 1) intermingle the whiter ones throughout? 2) use the brighter ones only in the outer border? 3)some other idea? Thank you for any opinions/ideas. Connie Who just saw a huge Turkey walk across the back yard! |
Here’s the blanket so far

Mixing in the different hues would probably work well. If the difference is enough to make you crazy, you could rinse the bright ones in cold tea to dim them down -- test beforehand for timing obviously.? 开云体育It should, it's just a controlled stain. Coffee works too but it tends to be darker.?
