Having sold my house in April, I’ve been on the lookout for the perfect house in my next location and it found me a couple of weeks ago.? I lost it to someone else, but when that deal fell apart, the seller came back to mine last Friday and now I’m in a whirlwind of making that happen. ? ? Seller wants to close quickly, so while I’m going to be quite house poor for a while with my rental, I do have dreams of decamping to the shore for the second half of the summer when Arielle doesn’t have to be here for school.?
