开云体育Hey guys! I need suggestions on the best baby yarns. ?I’d like to crochet a baby blanket for granddaughter in the making. ? This is what I’m thinking of making.? |
That’s pretty, Connie. And lovely news about the grand-daughter to come. Wish I could give yarn advice, but I’m out of touch too.
?
Hope you’ll let us know how the blanket goes along/turns out.

Did you tell us if the name was chosen yet (I’m not keeping track very well)?
?
Here, longer and more elegant names are back in fashion – Penelope Elaine, Harriet? Alexandra, Ottilie Henrietta and Clementine Beatrice being just 4 examples which I have come across in the last year or so. I’d love to know what the trends are in other English-speaking countries.

Thank you, Jenny!
?
I did a square using some cotton yarn I had here just to make sure it was as easy as it looked. ?It was. ?
I just need to figure out what yarn to use that offers white, blush pink, sage green. ?Those are the colors she’s doing the nursery in.?
?
I do believe this will end up being more of a decorative blanket than an everyday use blanket. ?
?
Hope someone will have a great suggestion! ?I gotta get cracking. ?She’s due April 10th but I’m positive she won’t make it that long. ?The baby is really low and she’s already miserable from everything stretching. ?I’m betting on April 1st. ?Lol
