Thanks, Jenny!

?

I am my own worst critic for sure. ?

Here’s a pic with 3 of the long seams done. ?I do think the pink seam helps hide the differences in the white. ?

Connie, I actually can't see the different whites clearly. I'm sure the baby won't either. If it pleases your critical eye it is sure to be lovely.

I think this works best. I’ve tried others, but they tend to highlight the differences rather than blend.?

What do you guys think?

Should I crochet more bright white blocks?? Right now, it’s 60 off white and 50 bright white.? I sort of think that if I took out too many of the off-white, then the remaining ones would just stand out even more.

Connie, who knows she’s worrying too much about this. ?

Bright white blocks

My DH just suggested making a Diamond design with the bright white.

I’ve had to buy different lots of the white because Hobby Lobby doesn’t stock much of each color at a time.? I finally ordered a bunch from the online store that are all the same lot. They are much whiter than the first skeins.

How would you deal with it??
1) intermingle the whiter ones throughout?
2) use the brighter ones only in the outer border?
3)some other idea?

Thank you for any opinions/ideas.

It should, it's just a controlled stain. Coffee works too but it tends to be darker.?

Will that work for acrylic?

Mixing in the different hues would probably work well. If the difference is enough to make you crazy, you could rinse the bright ones in cold tea to dim them down -- test beforehand for timing obviously.?
